Ski & Snowboard Team 2022-2023

Friday, March 3rd will be our East Valley's Family Ski Night at Bogus Basin!
 
ANY students can come, regardless of ability level! With your package, every student will receive a ski or snowboard lesson, a ticket for the night, and a bus ride up to Bogus Basin. Rental gear will be included for any students who need it.
 
Sign-up sheets are attached at the bottom here or can be picked up at the front office. You can pay for your student online or take a check to Mrs. Anderson at the front office. See Ms. Lane in room 116A with any questions, or email [email protected]
 
Sign-ups are limited to 45 seats, so the sooner you sign your student up, the better!
 

East Valley Ski and Snowboard Club

 

The East Valley Shred Ski and Snowboard Team is recruiting 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students for the upcoming race season.  This opportunity is for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities.  See Ms. Lane in room 116A or get paperwork from the table in lobby near the main office. Students who sign up and pay their team dues by December 2nd will receive a free Shred Team hooded sweatshirt. The program’s philosophy has 3 goals:

 

1. Provide a safe environment on the slopes in which to participate.

 

2. Encourage students to represent and compete for their school in a lifetime sports activity. This provides a venue for many students to represent their school that might not otherwise be able to participate.

 

3. Provide a level of competition in which the maximum number of students can participate.
