East Valley Ski and Snowboard Club
The East Valley Shred Ski and Snowboard Team is recruiting 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students for the upcoming race season. This opportunity is for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. See Ms. Lane in room 116A or get paperwork from the table in the lobby near the main office. Students who sign up and pay their team dues by December 2nd will receive a free Shred Team hooded sweatshirt. The program’s philosophy has 3 goals:
1. Provide a safe environment on the slopes in which to participate.
2. Encourage students to represent and compete for their school in a lifetime sports activity. This provides a venue for many students to represent their school that might not otherwise be able to participate.
3. Provide a level of competition in which the maximum number of students can participate.
