Getting involved in athletics at East Valley Middle School
The athletic programs at East Valley consist of a variety of challenging activities designed to appeal to diverse talents and interests. The following sports are currently offered and the month they start up:
August-Cross Country (6th -8th grade), Volleyball (7th & 8th grade), Football (8th grade)
October-Wrestling (6th-8th grade), Girls Basketball (7th & 8th grade)
January- Boys Basketball (7th & 8th grade)
March-Tennis (6th - 8th grade) Track (6th - 8th grade)
- Students must first have a physical in order to start practicing any sport. A physical is only required once in middle school. Students/parents must also have the NSD participation form completed and the extracurricular fee paid by the first contest.
- Students must be present at least four of the class periods to be eligible to participate in practices or contests each day.
- If suspended (including ISS), the student may not participate in any activity during the time/day(s) of suspension.
- Students must adhere to the East Valley Participation Policy.
